Delivered by the Centre for Social IMpact, this fully-funded, world-class initiative strengthens leadership capability and empowers CEOs to drive meaningful change across the sector.
In 2026, after supporting over 120 CEOs nationwide, SILA will return to VIC and TAS. Applications for this cohort are opening on 24 February 2026. Join our upcoming information session to hear what the program offers and get ready to apply.

Watch: How is the SILA program transforming for-purpose leaders?
“SILA is the culmination of significant effort from a number of leaders, and supported by foundations I respect. The opportunity to engage with 23 of my peers over the course of a number of months was really beneficial. We always do a lot with a little in the for-purpose sector, and the challenges we face aren’t really so different. Building relationships can lighten the leadership load a lot.”
