Social Impact Leadership Australia (SILA) is a ground-breaking national capacity building and leadership program designed specifically for CEOs of Australian for-purpose organisations.

Over five years, SILA will be offered to for-purpose leaders from all states and territories in Australia.

Now in its fourth year, 24 CEOs from Queensland and the Northern Territory are currently taking part in the fully funded SILA Program in 2024/2025.

Subscribe to our mailing list to keep updated on our plans for next year.

The SILA Program’s funders, The Myer Foundation and Sidney Myer Fund, the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation and the Paul Ramsay Foundation, are united in their vision to unlock the potential of the for-purpose sector in Australia and improve the wellbeing of Australians through their charitable giving and philanthropic endeavours.

SILA is delivered by the Centre for Social Impact, a world leader in social impact education, research and leadership.

“SILA is the culmination of significant effort from a number of leaders, and supported by foundations I respect. The opportunity to engage with 23 of my peers over the course of a number of months was really beneficial. We always do a lot with a little in the for-purpose sector, and the challenges we face aren’t really so different. Building relationships can lighten the leadership load a lot.”
