Who can apply?

We are looking for CEOs (or equivalent) who are ready to be challenged to learn new ways of operating and explore more about who they are as leaders. We want to work with CEOs who are committed to actively participating in the program, to establish new peer-based industry networks, and support capacity building within the sector.

An essential part of the program is developing a greater sense of awareness and developing clearer, more strategic thinking, through reflective practice and time dedicated to personal rejuvenation.

We are looking for CEOs (or equivalent) who want to be part of the program to create a culture of wellbeing for themselves, and within their organisations.

We encourage diversity within the cohorts and will ensure that the program is accessible across the diversity spectrum including gender, culture and ethnicity, and for those living with a disability. We also have spaces specifically held for Indigenous Leaders.

How do I apply?

Candidates will be required to submit their application addressing the Eligibility Criteria and Selection Questions, as well as their CV and a letter of support from their Board Chair, via an online application process.

The SILA candidate selection committee will review all applications and determine a shortlist. Shortlisted applicants will be required to undertake an interview with the selection committee.
