We are proud to introduce the 24 exceptional CEOs from across NSW and the ACT who have been selected to take part in SILA Cohort 5, commencing in August 2025. These for-purpose CEOs complete the original national rollout of SILA, and represent the second group of leaders from NSW and ACT to join the program.
The CEOs, who were selected as part of a competitive application process, will undertake a transformative 10-month program that includes a dedicated coach, three immersive retreats, and a tailored three-month sabbatical, as well as over $35,000 in untied capacity building funding for their organisations.
Rated world-class and based on global best practice in executive education, the SILA program will provide these CEOs with tailored leadership development and capacity building to help them and their organisations meet growing challenges, demand for services, and address systemic barriers that prevent people from thriving.
