At the Centre for Social Impact, we believe that strong, well-connected and supported leaders are essential to a thriving for-purpose sector. Social Impact Leadership Australia (SILA) is a ground-breaking national capacity building and leadership program designed to equip CEOs with the tools, networks and confidence they need to thrive – as individuals, as leaders of organisations, and as catalysts for systems change.
A critical part of the investment from both SILA’s philanthropic partners and CSI is ensuring the program is independently evaluated. This is not only about continuous improvement, it’s also about understanding and sharing the broader impact of investing in social purpose leadership.
To support this, we engage Nous Group to independently evaluate the program each year. These evaluations assess SILA’s impact at the individual, organisational and systems level, drawing on insights from CEOs, their teams, boards, and wider networks. The evaluations provide rich, evidence-based insights into what’s working, what’s evolving, and where we can improve.
Nous Group has produced annual evaluation reports, and a summative evaluation of SILA’s first three cohorts. In addition, CSI has developed annual infographics to share the results. We’re proud to publicly share these materials as part of our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.
